1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and zynga poker concerning your access to and use of our website (en-en-zyngapoker.com), applications, and social casino features. By accessing or playing zynga poker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.
2. Virtual Currency & In-App Items Policy
Zynga poker features virtual currency ("Chips"), VIP points, digital watches, rings, and promotional spins. Please carefully review our virtual items policy:
- No Real Monetary Value: Virtual chips obtained through daily streak bonuses, wheel spins, or store purchases have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real legal tender, real-world goods, or cash refunds under any circumstances.
- Limited Revocable License: All chip purchases grant users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize virtual currency strictly within the zynga poker entertainment environment.
- Prohibition of Chip Selling: Transferring, selling, or trading chips outside of authorized in-game features ("chip dumping" or third-party black market trading) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
3. User Conduct & Anti-Cheating Directives
To maintain a fair and competitive environment for millions of global card players, users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Utilizing automated software, bots, algorithms, or hacks to manipulate poker table actions or slot spin outcomes.
- Engaging in collusive play, pre-arranged hand outcome collusion, or intentional chip transfers between accounts.
- Harassing, abusing, or posting offensive language in live table chat rooms.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engine.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the zynga poker website, logos, brand artwork, poker software code, slot machine designs, and sound effects are proprietary property owned by or licensed to Zynga Inc. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to access the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your zynga poker account, forfeit virtual chip balances, and block access to our servers at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall zynga poker, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access the platform, server disruptions, or loss of virtual currency balances.
